	  1. Show the new words:
	
	  1) (wear, heavy) T: What’s the weather like today ?What are you wearing ?
	
	  What do you like to wear in winter?
	
	  What’s the opposite word of heavy? (light)
	
	  2)(uniform) T: What do you often wear on Monday?
	
	  What colour is your school uniform?
	
	  3) (duty) T: Look, the blackboard is clean .We cleaned the blackboard just now.
	
	  Mike is on duty today.
	
	  4) (keep) T: Our classroom is clean and our school is beautiful.
	
	  We must keep our school clean .It our duty.
	
	  5) (quiet) T: We like to read books in the library. We must keep quiet in the library.
	
	  What’s the opposite word of quiet? (noisy)
	
	  6) (dining room) T: There is a dining room in our school. Is the dining room big or small?
	
	  7) (agree) T: You are right .I agree with you.
	
	  8) (because) T: Do you like to have lunch at the school dining room? Why ?
	
	  2. Write the phonetic symbols of the new words on the board .Ask students to read them out.
	
	  3. Play the cassette: Students listen and repeat.

	  1. Ask students to make sentences with the new words in groups.
	
	  2. Ask students to make a short dialogue with some new words in groups.
