　　一、教育目标：

　　1. 为学生打开一扇昆虫世界的大门，培养学生热爱大自然的情感。

　　2. 教育学生学会观察生活，探索科学知识。

　　二、知识目标：

　　基础目标：

　　Wonderland: an aunt a bee a ladybird a dragonfly a butterfly a cockroach

　　Farmland: …like to eat…

　　Grand Theatre: Beautiful Butterflies

　　Language Lab：

　　根据课文内容回答Questions and answers中的问题，根据自己的实际情况回答On

　　your own中的问题。

　　Music Box：

　　能掌握音标/d j/，并能看音标读单词。

　　Disneyland：

　　学生能正确朗读，并通过阅读来理解“School---Slow Down”，体会其中的幽默。

　　Difficult Points：

　　让学生学会使用…like to do…/…like doing…两种表达发法,明白在动词like, hate,

　　love 等后面的用不定式和动名词，含义略有不同。上述动词后接动名词表示一般行 为或某种习惯；不定式则表示具体的特定行为。如：I like swimming but I don’t like to swim in the river. 我喜欢游泳，但我现在不想在这条河里游泳。

　　三、发展目标：

　　1. 以 “…like to eat.../…like eating…”为基础，可以让学生掌握和运用句型：…like to do…/…like doing…

　　2. 学习观察生活中的昆虫，了解它们的外形、生活习性等，并以此为话题在班级中展开一系列的讨论。

　　四、课时安排：

　　建议本单元安排5教时。

　　Farmland中以有关食品的单词和句型“…like to eat…” 教学为主，因此教师可以以：What do you like to do? 过渡到What do you like to eat? 为主线，把单词于句型融合在一起进行教学，同时可以结合Music中的词汇进行教学。并拓展句型的多种表达方法。如： …like to do…/…like doing…， …don’t/doesn’t like to do…， Do/Does …like to do…?， What do/does … like to do?， What do the elephant like to eat?

　　以一些动物爱吃什么的生活习性，引出：What do the butterfly like to do? What insects do you know? How it the insect? 开展教学Wonderland和Grand Theatre。以Project 5的内容“Making a Butterfly Kite”来增加学习的趣味性，并教育学生学会观察生活。Language Lab是Grand Theatre的配套练习，所以应该结合在一起进行教学。
