　　（四） Step four : Practice

　　1. Listen and repeat the text, and then find the answers for the questions. （Firstly, ask students to answer and then show the answers) A: “What did Dad play?” B: “What did Mum play?”

　　2. Ask students to read the text together, and then in roles.

　　3. Let’s practice: show the pictures (ask students to practice in pairs, one asks and another one answers)

　　（五）Step five :Consolidation

　　1. Summary: read the new words and key sentences twice.

　　2. Homework: A: read the words and text 3 times. B: talk about the music and some instruments with your parents.

　　（六）Step six: Blackboard design:

　　Module 4 Unit 1 Dad played the erhu.

　　Concert/CD

　　Chinese/Instrument    ” What did they play?”

　　“Dad played the erhu.”

　　“Mum played the pipa.”
