　　二、 New concepts

　　Part1：T: Look at the picture. The weather is rainy. It’s rainy. Say together！（板书rainy）

　　Ss: Rainy.

　　T: What’s the meaning of it?

　　S1:下雨的。（学生拼读、练习读单词。）

　　教师用彩粉笔把y板书在rain后面，学生对比发现它们的差别。

　　teach windy，rainy，cloudy and sunny.

　　教师引导学生在wind，rain，cloud，sun的后面加上y，把它们变成形容词，并让学生读出单词。当第一个学生读出单词后，其他学生跟读。

　　注意特别强调sunny的不同。

　　教师出示幻灯片上的新单词。第一次带领学生读，学生自读，找学生按顺序读，最后全班齐读。

　　（设计意图：学生通过比较，初步了解本课中的天气词汇与上一课学习的名词的联系。）

　　尝试运用It’s ... 描述图片内容。

　　It’s cold and snowy.

　　It’s warm.

　　齐读图片下面的句子

　　让学生描述图片内容

　　（设计意图：指导学生看情境图，并用所学词汇简单描述图片内容。让学生发现学习的规律，掌握学习的方法。）

　　Part2: How’s the weather today?

　　T: Today is Friday. How’s the weather today ?

　　S: It’s sunny and windy.（学生根据当天的实际情况回答）

　　Let’s listen and watch a short video. And then choose the key answer.

　　Listen to the tape again, then answer the questions.

　　找学生分角色读，跟读，学生自读。

　　小组操练句型，奖励星星。

　　（设计意图：学生学会使用How’s the weather today? It’s ______.句式问答天气。）

　　Part3:Let’s do it！

　　Practice in pairs.

　　两人小组操练句型：How is the weather in Kunming? It’s rainy.

　　小组合作操练：谈论Lanzhou Xi’an Changchun Beijing的天气

　　指名同学表演。

　　设计意图：学生在教师指导下读天气预报，句子拓展与应用）

　　Part4: Letters and sounds

　　教读字母组合：ir、ur、er、or的读音并领读下面的单词。

　　学生根据字母组合的读音自学单词dirty、fur、dancer、word

　　学习结果检查。

　　设计意图：学生能了解字母组合ir, ur, er和or在所列单词中的发音及其规则。）
